Thank you for placing your order with us, we are very grateful for all your kind business and support.

Our aim is to process your order as soon as possible and under normal circumstances ship to you within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We use DHL for all our logistic requirements, and they normally collect the end of each working day. Once your item has been collected by DHL we will advise you your order has been dispatched and give you your expected delivery date.

On the very rare occasion we may not have a particular item in stock and if this is the case we will inform you straight away and advise on a delivery date.

LittleMops Return & Refund Policy

Please note there will be a 10% restocking fee on any item you are unhappy with and wish to return. (This excludes damaged or defective items).

If you decide you wish to return the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:

1. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt of purchase.
2. You must email [email protected] to request a returns number and provide the original invoice number, your name and address.
3. The returned items must be unused with original tags/labels attached.
4. If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets all the conditions above.
5. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including carriage.
